PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bulb vegetable adjusting device capable of safely cutting fibrous roots and foliage of a bulb vegetable.SOLUTION: A bulb vegetable adjusting device comprises: a placing part 3 for placing bulb vegetables on a transportation part 2 and stop means 6 interposed between the placing part 3 and a cutting part 4 on the downstream side of the transportation part for stopping the drive of the transportation part 2 and/or the cutting part 4.
