PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve a physical and mental load more or less on a person as well as on an attendant taking care of the person when the person who is weak or in lassitude wants to ease nature.SOLUTION: This is a toilet that enables a person to put on or take off clothes in an electric wheelchair as is and to ease nature. The toilet is divided into three parts in the seat part, namely, a hip support part on the left, in the center, and on the right. In taking clothes off in the lower half of the body on the right side, when the center hip support part is in a mechanically descended state, the wheelchair is combined to the exclusive toilet. As in Fig. 2, when the right hip support part descends, and when the upper-half-of-the-body support part in the back of the seated person moves to the left while supporting the upper half of the body, clothes on the right side are taken off in the lower half of the body. Then, by the laterally opposite mechanical movement, clothes on the left side are taken off, answering the call of nature and washing the hip. Thereafter, by the alternately descending and ascending movement of the hip support part, clothes in the lower half of the body can be put on in the toilet with the aid for putting on/taking off clothes.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】衰弱していたり脱力状態の者が用便をしようとする時、従来ならば、その本人とその世話をする付添い者の両方が体力と精神的な負担を多少なり受けるという問題があったが、この負担を解決できないかという課題。【解決手段】電動車椅子に座ったまま下半身の衣服を着脱しそのままトイレで用便をすることができるトイレの発明で、座面部分を左側の臀部支持部、中央の臀部支持部、右側の臀部支持部と3部分に分けて、右側下半身の衣服を脱ぐ場合、中央の臀部支持部が機械的に下降した状態の時、専用のトイレに車椅子を合体させ、図2のように右側の臀部支持部が下降した際、座る者の背面にある上半身支持部が上半身を支えながら左側に移動した時に右側の下半身の衣服を脱ぎ、次にこれと左右逆の機械の動きにより左側の衣服を脱いで用便を済ませ臀部を洗浄し、その後、臀部支持部の交互に下降と上昇する動きにより下半身の着衣ができる着脱衣補助トイレ。【選択図】図2
