PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tibia component whose rotation angle can be set optimally during surgery, and an artificial knee joint comprising the tibia component.SOLUTION: A tibia component 1 comprises: a tray 2 having an insertion hole 22 plates 3A, 3B attached to the tray 2 a rotator 4 successively including a rotation shaft part 41 inserted in the insertion hole 22, a shoulder part 42 positioned between the plates 3A, 3B, and a head part 43. A distance L between the plates 3A, 3B and a width W of the shoulder part 42 have relation L≥W. The shoulder part 42 has a through hole in an approximately central part of it. The rotation shaft part 41 and the head part 43 are removably connected to each other in a state where at least part of one of them is inserted in the through hole. The shoulder part 42 is fitted to the rotation shaft part 41 or the head part 43.
