The present invention discloses a medicine for treating toothache and a method for manufacturing the same. The medicine for treating toothache contains: 15 to 25 parts by weight of Coptis chinensis； 10 to 25 parts by weight of Imperata cylindrica； 13 to 20 parts by weight of Andrographis paniculata； 12 to 20 parts by weight of Angelica gigas； and 5 to 15 parts by weight of white Radix ginseng.
