PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water-type emulsified composition containing an amino acid, excellent in stability with time without getting malodorous and discolored and the like, and also free from sliminess and having fresh infiltrative feeling.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water-type emulsified composition includes: (A) a D-amino acid and/or a salt thereof (B) a chelating agent (C) a polyoxyethylene fatty acid sorbitan with its fatty acid moiety derived from a 14C-18C straight-chain saturated fatty acid (D) an N-acyl methyl taurine salt (E) a higher alcohol (F) water and (G) an oil fraction liquid at room temperature.
