PURPOSE: A black onion candies containing a black onion extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the antioxidant and antibiotic activity of black onion to users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a black onion candies containing a black onion extract comprises the following steps: aging onion heat-processed at 75-90 deg C in 90-98% humidity; secondly aging the onion at 60-80 deg C in 90-98% humidity for 40-60 hours; steaming and heat-concentrating the onion after drying; and filtering the concentrated onion in 100-140 meshes, and secondly concentrating the onion at 90-105 deg C for 10-15 hours.
