The present invention relates to a heat sink unit-integrated apparatus for cooling adipolysis, and more particularly, relates to a heat sink unit-integrated apparatus for cooling adipolysis including: a suction unit which sucks a subject into a receiving space; a vacuum suction unit which generates a vacuum pressure in the receiving space to adsorb a target region onto an inner wall surface of the receiving space of the suction unit; a cooling unit including a cooling element mounted on both sides of an inner wall of the suction unit facing each other to cool the target region adsorbed onto the inner side of the receiving space of the suction unit; a heat sink unit including a heat exchange body which is closely adhered to the outer surface of the cooling element arranged on both sides of the suction unit to absorb heat radiated from the cooling element, a heat exchange pipe one side of which is connected to the heat exchange body, other side of which is formed to be extended in an upper direction of the heat exchange body, and in which a heat transfer medium is moved, a heat sink including a plurality of radiation fins connected in the length direction of the other side of the heat exchange pipe to emit heat inside the heat exchange pipe to the outside, and a radiation fan which is installed on the bottom of the heat sink to emit air in the upper direction from the bottom of the radiation fins; and a top case including a louver formed on upper side, where the radiation fins are installed and the heat sink is stored by being combined to the upper side of the suction unit, in a predetermined length. The heat sink unit-integrated apparatus for cooling adipolysis according to the present invention has effects that cooling efficiency of the apparatus is increased by integrally combining a radiation unit for emitting heat generated from a thermoelectric element to the outside on the top of the suction unit, and that the apparatus can be simply used at any places by minia
