The present invention provides a multiplexing signal processing device using clustering and deep learning and a method thereof, which are capable of simplifying a deep learning data acquisition process. The multiplexing signal processing device comprises: a signal detector including an optical sensor array composed of a plurality of optical sensors for converting a scintillation signal, which is outputted from a scintillator for converting radiation into a scintillation signal, into an electrical signal； and a signal processor classifying the electrical signals output from the signal detector through a pre-generated deep learning-based classifier to determine the position of the radiation reaction. The signal processor acquires the electrical signal detected through the optical sensor array in a state in which the radiation is uniformly emitted to the scintillator through a point radiation source, clusters the obtained electric signals by position, repeats a series of processes a plurality of times, which uniformly emit radiation, acquire an electrical signal, and cluster the same a plurality of times, maps the position between sets and pixels when the number of sets of clustered electrical signals coincides with the number of pixels corresponding to each optical sensor, and uses the set of clustered electrical signals as learning data of the classifier.군집화 및 딥러닝을 이용한 멀티플렉싱 신호 처리 장치 및 방법을 제공하되, 멀티플렉싱 신호 처리 장치는 방사선을 섬광 신호로 변환하는 섬광체로부터 출력된 섬광 신호를 전기 신호로 변환하는 복수의 광 센서로 구성된 광 센서 어레이를 포함하는 신호 검출기, 및 신호 검출기로부터 출력된 전기 신호를 기생성된 딥러닝 기반의 분류기를 통해 분류하여 방사선 반응 위치를 판별하는 신호 처리기를 포함하며, 신호 처리기는 점 형 방사선원을 통해 섬광체에 방사선을 균등 방사한 상태에서 광 센서 어레이를 통해 검출된 전기 신호를 획득하고, 획득된 전기 신호를 위치 별로 군집화하고, 방사선을 균등 방사한 후 전기 신호를 획득하여 군집화하는 일련의 과정을 복수 회 반복하여 군집화된 전기 신호의 집합의 개수가 광 센서 별로 대응된 픽셀의 수와 일치하면 집합들과 픽셀들 간의 위치를 매핑하고, 군집화된 전기 신호의 집합들을 분류기의 학습 데이터로서 사용한다.
