PURPOSE: A plate for preventing animals and plant intrusion is provided to prevent animals and plants from entering onto a road through a space formed under a guardrail by closing the space using upper and lower panels. CONSTITUTION: The plate for preventing animals and plant intrusion comprises an upper panel(10) and a lower panel(20). The top of the upper panel is fixed to the bottom of the guardrail, and the bottom has an insertion part. The insertion part is extended from one side to the other side of the guardrail. The top of the lower panel has an insertion groove, and the bottom is fixed to a road structure. The insertion part of the upper panel is fixed to the insertion groove of the lower panel.본 발명은 동물 및 식물 침입방지판에 관한 것으로서, 상부패널과 하부패널을 통해 가드레일의 하부방향에 형성되는 공간을 폐쇄하여 야생동물 및 식물이 상기 공간을 통과하여 도로안으로 침입하는 것을 보다 용이하게 방지할 수 있음은 물론 이로 인해 도로를 주행중인 차량과 야생동물이 충돌하여 야생동물이 죽게되는 로드킬을 미연에 방지 및 도로안으로 침입한 식물로 인해 도로환경이 좋지 않게 되는 것을 미연에 방지할 수 있게 되고, 특히, 상기 상부패널의 하부방향에 구비되는 상기 하부패널의 상측을 기준으로 상기 하부패널의 하측을 상하회전이동시켜 상기 하부패널의 하측을 도로의 구조물의 상부면에 보다 용이하게 위치시킬 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
