PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle the problem that, when a conventional bird-repelling device is exposed in the outdoor for a while, a bird intrudes once from somewhere such as the upper side or the lower side and then, other birds looking the intrusion start to intrude into the device.SOLUTION: There is provided a device comprising a molded hawk colored allover with black, attracting the bird eyes even from the distant place with silver paper or silver color of a beak, overheads, eyes, wings and feet, whose eyes of the head and projecting to the lower chord front side see through the underside range to be protected, from which the birds such as a crow, a bulbul and a sparrow once looking the device of extraordinary projection, fly out and never approach as if they, as bird behavior, recognize as the major of the territory and fear, and which can thereby prevent intrusion of the birds within a defined area.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来の防鳥器具は、屋外に暫く曝されると、上か下何処から共なく、1匹が侵入し始めると、他の鳥達も其れを見ていて侵入し始めると云う課題があった。【解決手段】成型された鷹全体を黒色とし,嘴・頭上・目。翼・足の銀紙・銀色で遠くからでも鳥の目を引き付け、下弦前方に突き出した頭の目が、下の守ろうとする範囲を見通し,且つ異様な突起物に、カラスを始めヒヨドリ・スズメ等一度見た鳥は、鳥達の習性として、此の縄張りの主と認めるかの様に恐れ飛び去り、決して近寄らないので,一定範囲の鳥の侵入を防止する事できる物である。【選択図】図2
