The present invention provides a novel vinblastine derivative, its novel application, and a method for its preparation. The vinblastine derivative includes a hydrazine-decomposing vinblastine compound and a vinblastine dipeptide derivative. The hydrazine-decomposed vinblastine compound is a compound obtained by reacting a vinblastine compound or a salt thereof with hydrazine hydrate. Is a compound that can be condensed.
