The present invention provides a new kind of vinca alkaloids derivatives preparation method therefor and application thereof. The vinca alkaloids derivatives comprise hydrazinolyzed vinca alkaloids compounds and vinca alkaloids dipeptide derivatives. The present invention provides the application of vinca alkaloids derivatives or the pharmaceutical composition thereof in anti tumor preventing or treating diabetic retinopathy rheumatoid arthritis and serving as angiogenesis inhibitor or vascular disrupting agent.
