CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing fermented beverage comprises the following steps: parching beans, seasame seeds, embryo bud, rice chaff, Chinese pearl barley, Poria cocos, pine needles, Rheum undulatum, Areca catechu with a pottery irradiating ultraviolet rays of 4 ~ 14 micron in a cooking stove of 98°C or less for 2 ~ 3 hours; fermenting the parched materials with medicinal plants after mixing and fermenting the materials with unrefined sugar or honey in a jar; and putting yeast in the materials.
