PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing fermented beverage is provided to prevent and treat various kinds of diseases such as intractable diseases and adjust diseases with natural vitamins, mineral, enzyme, fiber etc by using roots, stems, leaves, flower, and fruits etc of medicinal plants. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing fermented beverage comprises the following steps: parching beans, seasame seeds, embryo bud, rice chaff, Chinese pearl barley, Poria cocos, pine needles, Rheum undulatum, Areca catechu with a pottery irradiating ultraviolet rays of 4 ~ 14 micron in a cooking stove of 98°C or less for 2 ~ 3 hours; fermenting the parched materials with medicinal plants after mixing and fermenting the materials with unrefined sugar or honey in a jar; and putting yeast in the materials.
