PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic oil-and-fat composition comprising butter-derived oil and fat having light-exposure resistance, a bakery food product using the composition, and dough for the bakery food product. SOLUTION: The plastic oil-and-fat composition having light-exposure resistance is obtained by adding tocopherol and a polyphenol-based antioxidant, and has a sheet shape. The bakery food product and the dough for the product are obtained by using the plastic oil-and-fat composition, respectively. The product and the dough are pastry. Inclusion of the tocopherol and the polyphenol-based antioxidant (rutin and/or bayberry) in the plastic oil-and-fat composition allows to extend the expiration date of the bakery food product without spoiling butter flavor and obtain the light-exposure resistant product.
