To provide a relaxation apparatus which provides a relaxing effect by rocking the body and thereafter providing a refreshing effect.
SOLUTION: A body support member 13 is composed of: a seat 30 ON which a user can sit a backrest 31 provided in rear of the seat 30 and an ottoman 32 provided in front of the seat 30. Air bags 40 and 41 and air bags 45 to 50 configuring rotation means are provided to the seat 30, the backrest 31, and the ottoman 32 to impart twisting operation to a users body supported by the seat 30, the backrest 31, and the ottoman 32 provided with the air bags 40 and 41 and the air bags 45 to 50.
