The invention relates to a multi-targeted method for triple-negative breast cancer therapy which identifies alternative ways to induce apoptosis and to develop a new therapeutical strategy for inhibiting proliferation of breast tumour cells. According to the invention, the method consists in combining the chemotherapeutic effect of EGCG with the targeted therapy with TNF- α and RNA by identifying signalling ways able to interfere with the apoptosis regulating mechanisms by administering a single dose of 50 nM TNF- α and RNA, in parallel with administering a dose of 10 μ M EGCG, using as a transfection agent PORT NeoFX on the cell line Hs578T, as tumour cell death inducing and supporting agent, the two agents acting upon multiple genes involved in apoptosis modulation by activation of a high number of genes with pro-apoptosis role and inhibition of the expression level of anti-apoptosis genes with direct implications in cancer therapy.Invenţia se referă la o metodă de terapie multiţintită împotriva cancerului mamar triplu negativ, prin identificarea unor căi alternative de inducere a apoptozei şi la dezvoltarea unei noi strategii terapeutice pentru inhibarea proliferării celulelor tumorale mamare. Metoda conform invenţiei constă în combinarea efectului chimioterapeutic al EGCG cu terapia ţintită cu TNF- α şi ARN, prin identificarea unor căi de semnalizare care să interfereze cu mecanismele de reglare a apoptozei prin administrarea unei doze unice de 50 nM TNF- α şi ARN, în paralel cu administrarea unei doze de 10 μ M EGCG folosind ca agent de transfecţie siPORT NeoFX pe linia celulară Hs578T, ca inductor şi susţinător al morţii celulelor tumorale, cei doi agenţi acţionând asupra unor multiple gene implicate în modularea apoptozei, prin activarea unui număr mare de gene cu rol proapoptotic, şi inhibarea nivelului de expresie a genelor cu rol antiapoptotic, care au implicaţii directe în terapia cancerului.
