PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation containing alkyl cellulose which provides excellent moldability and disintegrability even in a small additive amount of the alkyl cellulose, and a method of producing the same.SOLUTION: The solid preparation is provided that contains at least alkyl cellulose having a specific surface area measured by a BET method of 0.5 to 10.0 m/g and a dissolution start temperature of 5 to 27°C. The method of producing the solid preparation is provided that comprises the steps of: mixing cellulose pulp and first alkali metal hydroxide solution with stirring to obtain alkali cellulose； reacting the alkali cellulose with alkylating agent to obtain a first reaction mixture； mixing the first reaction mixture and second alkali metal hydroxide solution with stirring without further addition of alkylating agent to obtain a second reaction mixture； refining and pulverizing the second reaction mixture to obtain alkyl cellulose； and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】少ない添加量で成形性に優れ、更には崩壊性にも優れるアルキルセルロースを含む固形製剤及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ＢＥＴ法で測定した比表面積が０．５～１０．０ｍ２／ｇであり、かつ溶解開始温度が５～２７℃であるアルキルセルロースを少なくとも含む固形製剤が提供される。また、セルロースパルプと第一のアルカリ金属水酸化物溶液を撹拌混合してアルカリセルロースを得る工程と、前記アルカリセルロースとアルキル化剤を反応して第一の反応混合物を得る工程と、前記第一の反応混合物に、更にアルキル化剤を配合することなく、第二のアルカリ金属水酸化物溶液を配合して撹拌混合により第二の反応混合物を得る工程と、前記第二の反応混合物を精製及び粉砕してアルキルセルロースを得る工程等を含む固形製剤の製造方法が提供される。【選択図】なし
