The present invention relates to a nanoliposome-microbubble conjugate encapsulating a composite of a cationic polymer, a guide RNA inhibiting expression of a SRD5A2 gene, and a Cas9 protein, and a composition for improving or treating hair loss containing the same. Drugs currently used as hair loss treatments may cause serious side effects such as loss of libido or erectile dysfunction, and hair loss can proceed again if drug therapy is discontinued. However, by using the nanoliposome-microbubble conjugate of the present invention, it is possible to fundamentally inhibit SRD5A2 which induces hair loss, and treatment of hair loss in men can be conducted very effectively.본 발명은 Cas9 단백질, SRD5A2 유전자의 발현을 억제하는 가이드 RNA 및 양이온성 폴리머의 복합체가 봉입된 나노 리포좀-마이크로버블 결합체 및 이를 함유하는 탈모 개선 또는 치료용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 현재 탈모 치료체로 사용되고 있는 약제의 경우 성욕 감퇴나 발기 부전 등과 같은 심각한 부작용이 초래되며, 약물 치료를 중단 할 경우 다시 탈모가 진행되는 단점을 가지고 있다. 그렇지만, 본 발명의 나노 리포좀-마이크로버블 결합체를 이용할 경우, 탈모를 유도시키는 SRD5A2를 근본적으로 억제할 수 있으며, 남성형 탈모의 치료를 매우 효과적으로 수행할 수 있다.
