The present invention discloses a wearable apparatus for the detection of fetal movement and method thereof. The apparatus presets a corresponding relation between a pregnant woman ECG wave (Electrocardiogram wave) and a fetal ECG wave. The apparatus collects and processes an information of the pregnant woman ECG wave to ensure an information of the fetal ECG wave corresponding to the information of the pregnant woman ECG wave according to the corresponding relation. Thus the fetal movement can be ensured is normal or not according to the information of the fetal ECG wave. Furthermore, the information of the pregnant woman ECG wave and the information of the fetal ECG wave can be transmitted to a user terminal and be analyzed and classified by the user terminal. In the present invention, the pregnant woman does not need to ensure the fetal movement at hospital, being convenient and saving time. The fetal movement is detected without adopting a hand-held apparatus for the detection of fetal movement, but the fetal movement is detected through a wrist of the pregnant. Therefore the pregnant woman is not uncomfortable during the detecting period. And the detection of the fetal ECG wave is more exact because the fetal ECG wave is ensured based on the pregnant woman ECG wave.本發明揭露一種用於偵測胎動之可穿戴式裝置及其方法，其預設孕婦心電波與胎兒心電波間之對應關係，並於採集及處理孕婦心電波資訊後，根據對應關係，獲取與孕婦心電波資訊對應之胎兒心電波資訊，從而根據胎兒心電波資訊確定胎動是否正常。另外，孕婦心電波資訊及胎兒心電波資訊可發送至用戶端，由用戶端進一步分析並歸類。由於本發明不需孕婦到醫院確定胎動，從而簡便且省時，此外胎動偵測不需採用手持胎動檢查裝置進行偵測，而是通過孕婦手腕進行偵測，因此孕婦偵測時不會感到不適，且基於孕婦心電波資訊確定胎兒心電波資訊，偵測較準確。
