A control method for an external counter-pulsation system is implemented with a control unit, and includes the following steps: detecting a plurality of QRS complex waves; calculating a heartbeat rate value according to the QRS complex waves; determining a time interval of pressurization according to the heartbeat rate value; calculating a pressurization time point according to the QRS complex waves; and determining whether it is in an abnormal state at least according to the QRS complex waves, and controlling a plurality of pulse pressure bands to stop pressurization and reducing pressure upon determining it is in the abnormal state. The control unit dynamically adjusts the time interval of pressurization, and immediately reduces pressure in an abnormal state, so as to avoid performing pressurization at a wrong time point and jeopardizing the health of the user, thereby providing a safe control method for external counter-pulsation system.一種體外反搏系統的控制方法藉由一控制單元實施,並包含下列步驟:偵測多個QRS複合波;根據該等QRS複合波,計算一心率值;根據該心率值,決定加壓的一時間間隔;根據該等QRS複合波,計算一加壓時間點;至少根據該等QRS複合波判斷是否在一異常狀態,當判斷在該異常狀態時,控制多個脈壓帶停止加壓並減壓。該控制單元動態地調整加壓的該時間間隔,並在該異常狀態時即刻地減壓,避免在錯誤的時間點加壓而危害使用者的健康,進而提供一種安全的體外反搏系統的控制方法。
