In some embodiments, the immunomodulatory protein is secretable. In some embodiments, the immunoregulatory protein is a cell expressed transmembrane protein. The immunomodulatory proteins, engineered cells and infectious agents provide therapeutic utility for a variety of immunological and oncological conditions.
