Disclosed are a hydrogen peroxide decomposition catalyst comprising a porous support and an active metal oxide formed on a surface of the porous support, an apparatus and a method for decomposing hydrogen peroxide using the same, and a method for manufacturing the catalyst. According to the present invention, hydrogen peroxide decomposes at high speed and high efficiency into water and oxygen, and a stable decomposition reaction is possible by preventing pressure drop.과산화수소 분해 촉매로서, 다공성 지지체 및 상기 다공성 지지체 표면상에 형성된 활성 금속 산화물을 포함하는 과산화수소 분해 촉매, 이를 이용하는 과산화수소 분해 장치 및 방법, 상기 촉매의 제조 방법이 개시된다. 이에 의하면 과산화수소가 물과 산소로 고속 고효율로 분해됨과 동시에 압력강하 방지를 통해 안정적인 분해 반응이 가능하다.
