PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound inducing a pluripotent stem cell and an antineoplastic substance.SOLUTION: A pluripotent stem cell inducing agent contains a single-strand or double-strand polynucleotide comprising a certain base sequence or a base sequence with 1 to 3 bases being deleted from, replaced in or added to the base sequence, and introduces a cell into a pluripotent stem cell, where the single-strand polynucleotide is shRNA or pre-miRNA and the double-strand polynucleotide is siRNA or miRNA. A production method of a pluripotent stem cell comprises a step of introducing the polynucleotide into a cell.
