PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manifestly represent weight of workload by digitizing the workload of each dispensing work and provide a dispensing supervisory work support system effectively preventing dispensing mistake by enhancing motivation for reporting the dispensing work.SOLUTION: The dispensing supervisory work support system associates each of dispensing blocks 13-17 of a pharmacy shop 10 with a coefficient value, acquires execution quantity of dispensing of each dispensing block, calculates an amount of dispensing processing from the execution quantity and the coefficient value, calculates a per-capita processing amount from the amount of dispensing processing and the personnel number of each dispensing block, and totalizes a dispensing time of each dispensing block.
