PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To digitize a load amount of each dispensing work so that weight of workload becomes obvious; and achieve a dispensing supervisory work support system useful for raising motivation for reporting of the dispensing work in order to effectively prevent dispensing mistake.SOLUTION: A dispensing supervisory work support system associates each of dispensing blocks 13 to 17 of a pharmacy shop 10 with a coefficient value, acquires execution quantity of dispensing of each dispensing block, calculates an amount of dispensing processing from the execution quantity and the coefficient value, calculates a per-capita processing amount from the amount of dispensing processing and the personnel number of each dispensing block, and totalizes dispensing time of each dispensing block. The dispensing supervisory work support system calculates the number of processing object prescriptions, the number of processed prescriptions, and the number of processing-unknown prescriptions in the pharmacy shop, calculates ratio of processing-unknown prescriptions, and presents them in order of size.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】作業負担の軽重が一目瞭然になるよう各調剤作業の負担量を数値化できるようにする。調剤過誤を有効に防止するために調剤作業の報告意欲を高めることに役立つ調剤監督業務支援システムを実現する。【解決手段】薬局店舗10の各調剤ブロックに13~17に係数値を対応づけておき、各調剤ブロックの調剤実行数を求め、それと係数値とから調剤処理量を算出し、それと各調剤ブロックの人員数とから一人当り処理量を算出し、各調剤ブロックの調剤時間の集計も行う。薬局での処理対象処方箋数と処理済み処方箋数と処理不明処方箋数とを求め、更に処理不明処方箋率求めて、その大小順に提示する。【選択図】 図1
