CONSTITUTION: A balloon flower root peeling apparatus comprises the following: a main body(100) peeling balloon flower roots； transfer unit(110) for transferring the balloon flower roots into the main body by being installed in front of the main body； a delivery unit(120) transferring the peeled balloon flower roots from the main body by being installed on the rear side of the main body； a discharging unit discharging peeled skin from the bottom of the main body； a rotating roller(140), a steam supplying pipe(150), and an air supplying pipe(160) successively attached to the main body； and a water injection hole(170) formed on the rear side of the main body for washing the peeled balloon flower roots.본 발명은 도라지 박피장치에 관한 것으로 본체와； 상기 본체로 도라지를 이송시키는 이송부와； 본체에서 박피된 도라지를 이동시키는 배송부와； 박피된 도라지 껍질을 배출하는 배출부로 구성되며,상기 본체에는 도라지가 유입되는 입구로부터 순차적으로 회전롤러와 스팀공급관, 에어공급관이 부착되어 있고, 상기 본체의 후면에는 박피된 도라지를 세척하기 위한 물분사구가 형성되어 있고,상기 회전롤러는 상부 회전롤러와 하부 회전롤러로 구성되며, 각각 그 표면에 플라스틱 재질의 브러쉬가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.발명의 도라지 박피장치를 사용하게 되면, 컨베이어를 통해 이송중인 다량의 도라지를 보다 효과적으로 탈피할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 탈피 후 별도의 도라지 세척작업이 생략될 수 있는 효과가 기대된다.
