A device according to the present invention includes: a body part detachably attached to a main body of a hand piece in a cartridge manner and forming an exterior housing an ultrasonic transducer embedded in the body part for generating high intensity focused ultrasound a transferring part for transferring the ultrasonic transducer one- dimensionally, two-dimensionally, or three-dimensionally along a film surface liquid for filling an inner space of the body part and a film attached to an ultrasonic penetration window disposed at a lower surface of the body part, wherein a portion of at least one wall of the body part is formed of a heat exchange metal plate for exchanging the heat to cool down the internal temperature of the cartridge by the air-cooling manner. The ultrasonic cartridge according to the present invention is easily supplemented with the liquid when the inner liquid of the cartridge is insufficient, and is simply replaced when contaminated, thereby prolonging lifespan thereof. When heat is generated in use, the ultrasonic cartridge is cooled in the air-cooling manner by using a heat dissipation plate and a blowing fan, thereby stabilizing a performance characteristic.
