PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excrement collection and reception tool comprising a reception bag for surely receiving excreta without adhering excreta to body hair of a dog (animal) and excellent in attachment property capable of quickly attaching and detaching the collection and reception bag, and a method for creating the collection and reception bag using a plastic shopping bag which is inexpensive.SOLUTION: There is provided the excrement collection and reception tool in the figure.1, in which, a wound body 10 which is always worn by a dog (animal) and into which fore limbs are inserted, and a collection and reception bag 20 into which hind limbs are inserted and which is exchanged for every excretion time, are stretched and engaged each other using a loop clutch 14. The loop clutch 14 is set to a state in which, a back part string member 13 is adjusted in advance, and the loop clutch is stretched between the collection and reception bag 10 properly, so that when the collection and reception bag 10 is exchanged, by only releasing engagement of the loop clutch 14, the bag can be restricted so as not to leak excreta of the dog (animal) with proper force. The collection and reception bag 10 is created by forming a gazette on a part of a plastic shopping bag and performing heat seal, then processing an engagement hole (refer to a figure.5).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】犬(動物)の体毛に便を付着させないで便尿を確実に収受する収受袋を設けて、該収受袋が敏速に着脱できる装着性に優れる排泄物回収収受具を提供することと、該収受袋をコストの少ないレジ袋を利用して作成する方法を提供する。【解決手段】図1において、犬(動物)に前肢を挿通して常時装着する巻装体10と、後肢を挿通して排泄の都度交換する収受袋20を、ナスカン14で互いに張架係止して構成する排泄物回収収受具とする。ナスカン14は背部紐部材13をあらかじめ調整しておいて、収受袋10との間で適度に張架される状態にセットされているので、収受袋10の交換の際はナスカン14の係合を着脱するだけで、適度な力で犬(動物)の便が漏れ出さないように拘束される。収受袋10はレジ袋の一部にガゼットを形成して熱融着し、係合穴を加工して作成することができる(図5参照)。【選択図】図1
