PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a conventional problem that, for instance, using a motorized bed, when a condition of a patient suddenly changed into anemia during dialysis, it is required that a posture of the patient must be quickly brought into a low position in the back side and a high position in the foot side, so-called shock posture (high foot posture), so as to quickly recover the blood flow in the upper body, but conventionally it cannot be performed to quickly bring the patient into the shock posture.SOLUTION: In the motorized bed configured to enable adjustment of the backside and the foot side of a person on the bed to high positions, an operation mechanism of the motorized bed wherein an operation switch device 9 including a usual switch part 11a and an emergency switch part 11b set thereon to give a lift drive instruction of the lift drive mechanism via a control means which gives a descending motion instruction to the lift drive mechanism of a back bottom 6a and an ascending motion instruction to the lift drive mechanism of a knee bottom 6c when the emergency switch part ON is proposed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】電動式ベッドを使用して、例えば患者に人工透析等をしている間に、患者が急変して貧血状態に陥った際には、上体に早く血流を戻すために、患者の体位を早急に、背側が低位置で、足側が高位置の、いわゆるショック体位(足側高位)にする必要が生じるが、従来では、早急にショック体位とすることができなかった。【解決手段】本発明では、ベッド上の人の背側と足側を高位置に調節可能に構成した電動式ベッドにおいて、制御手段を介して昇降駆動機構に昇降動作指令を発する操作スイッチ装置9に、通常時スイッチ部11aと緊急時スイッチ部11bを構成し、制御手段は、緊急時スイッチ部のON時において、背ボトム6aの昇降駆動機構に下降動作指令を発し、且つ膝ボトム6cの昇降駆動機構に上昇動作指令を発する構成とした電動式ベッドの操作機構を提案している。【選択図】図2
