The present invention concerns a method to prepare a filler with a hyaluronic acid, which has improved properties of chemical-physical stability over time and optimal viscosity for cutaneous injection. In particular the method comprises a first step in which the hyaluronic acid is crosslinked, and a subsequent step for the neutralization and hydration of the crosslinked hyaluronic acid.La présente invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'une charge avec un acide hyaluronique, qui présente des propriétés améliorées de stabilité chimique-physique dans le temps et une viscosité optimale pour une injection cutanée. En particulier, le procédé comprend une première étape dans laquelle l'acide hyaluronique est réticulé, et une étape ultérieure pour la neutralisation et l'hydratation de l'acide hyaluronique réticulé.
