Disclosed is a compound as represented by formula I. The compound is used as an activator for adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase to phosphorylate and activate adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase, and then to regulate a downstream signaling pathway, and thus can inhibit the growth and division of liver cancer cells and breast cancer cells, and can also induce the death of fat cells. Thus, the compound in the present invention can be applied in manufacturing of pharmaceutical compositions for adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase-related cancers and fat metabolism diseases or syndromes, and can also be used for treating adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase-related cancers and fat metabolism diseases or syndromes.本發明係揭示一種如結構式I之化合物，其係作為腺苷單磷酸活化蛋白 激酶之活化劑，而得以磷酸化活化腺苷單磷酸活化蛋白激酶，進而調控下游訊息傳遞路徑，而可抑制肝癌細胞及乳癌細胞之生長分裂，亦可誘發脂肪細胞死亡；是故，本發明所揭示之化合物可應用於製備與腺苷單磷酸活化蛋白激酶相關之癌症及脂肪代謝疾病或症候群之醫藥組合物上，亦可用於治療與腺苷單磷酸活化蛋白激酶相關之癌症及脂肪代謝疾病或症候群。
