PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice-transplanter equipped with a step-less transmission such as an HST (hydraulic static transmission), aiming at the damage prevention and certainty of actions of operating members directing the change of gears etc.SOLUTION: This riding type agricultural implement is provided by constituting the floor part 26a of an operating area by a vehicle body cover 26, arranging a transmission case 18 at the lower direction of the floor part 26a, mounting the HST 41 at the side surface of the transmission case 18 and projecting the output-regulating shaft 61 of the HST 41 in upper direction. The whole or a part of the operating members such as an output-regulating arm 126 for adjusting the speed of a vehicle, a clutch rod 155 for cutting off a main clutch at the stopping of travel, and a clutch arm 159 relating brake-in and clutch-off are arranged at the upper direction of the transmission case 18.
