More specifically, the present invention provides a sealable packing case for an ophthalmic injection needle which comprises: a first injection needle case (10) having a long hole-shaped insertion space into which a needle portion of an injection needle is inserted, an assembly portion, and supporting protrusions which support the injection needle to prevent the injection needle from rotating a second packing case (20) having a packing space into which the first injection needle case (10) is inserted and packed to prevent the first injection needle case from moving, and having a grip space which allows a user to grip the first injection needle case when taking out the first injection needle case and a sterilized cover sheet (25) covering the second packing case. Accordingly, the sealable packing case for an ophthalmic injection needle allows the injection needle to be safely double-packed and also prevents the penetration of microbes or foreign substances by being sterilized after a packing process.
