PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a control device for controlling engine driven equipment operating a throttle opening of a carburetor with force far smaller than force normally required and to obtain the engine driven equipment equipped with the control device. SOLUTION: There is provided the control device 100 characterized in that, for controlling engine rotation speed of the engine driven equipment, it comprises a connection 1 for interlocking with an intake passage opening and closing mechanism of the carburetor of an engine, and a stress reducing mechanism for reducing stress caused in the connection 1 by the intake passage opening and closing mechanism.
