PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine injection device that enables liquid medicine to be injected without wasting liquid medicine even when a space is generated between an injection syringe and an injection needle, and an injection needle used for the device.SOLUTION: An injection syringe 10 and an injection needle 30 are configured so that a space is generated between the injection syringe 10 and the injection needle 30 when the injection needle 30 is attached to the tip of the injection syringe 10. The injection needle 30 includes a hub 31 for receiving the tip of the injection syringe 10, at least one needle 33 protruding from the tip of the hub 31, and a filler 40 to fill at least part of the space.
