PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe pump capable of reducing a period since immediately after starting of injection of an injection flow rate of a liquid during trace amount injection of the liquid until injection is stabilized, and preventing waviness of the injection flow rate.SOLUTION: A syringe pump is configured to drive a plunger 2B of a syringe 2, and feed a liquid medicine in a syringe body 2A by press force of the plunger 2B. The syringe pump comprises: a stepping motor 3 for driving the plunger 2B of the syringe 2 and a controller 5 for controlling drive of the stepping motor 3.
