The present invention relates to a semi-permanently sustainable overdenture system. The present invention provides the semi-permanently sustainable overdenture system, which closely couples an abutment, planted on gums of a patient and a housing installed in a denture by an elastic gold ring to have excellent retention force and stability while being attachable and detachable. The present invention comprises: the abutment coupled to a fixture installed in alveolar bone of the patient the housing fixated to the overdenture integrally to be fit-coupled to the abutment and the elastic gold ring inserted into the housing to be coupled to the abutment and having one side cut to have an opening. The abutment includes: a body unit screw-coupled to the fixture a coupling unit formed at an upper end of the body unit to have a convex shape and a neck unit formed integrally between the coupling unit and the body unit.
