PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beer taste beverage to cause an enhanced sensation in the throat during drinking, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for enhancing the sensation in the throat caused by a beer taste beverage.SOLUTION: A beer taste beverage to cause an enhanced sensation in the throat contains hexanal at a concentration of 50 ppb or more or cis-3-hexenal at a concentration of 7.5 ppb or more.
