PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing oil and fat confectionery, capable of producing with good productivity, oil and fat confectionery having outward appearance rich in variation.

SOLUTION: The method for producing the oil and fat confectionery comprises charging into a rotary molding device, a preliminary molded product which is obtained by putting together a plurality of kinds of oil and fat confectionery dough having a different solid fat content and satisfying at least one condition selected from conditions that a difference of a solid fat content is 3.3% or more at 24°C, 0.3% or more at 26°C, and 5% or more at 28°C, and rotatably molding the product at a temperature allowing each of the dough to partly melt so as to make a molded product which wholly has a round shape and forms an asymmetric shape in a direction where the oil and fat confectionery dough having a different solid fat content is arranged.
