MANUFACTURING METHOD OF HEALTH FOOD COMPRISING EXTRACTS FROM PEAR, MULBERRY LEAVES, ARTEMISIA CAPILLARIS, ARALIA CORDATA, SAPOSHNIKOVIA DIVARICATA, ATRACTYLODIS RHIZOMA, LENTINUS EDODES, PORIA COCOS, ASTER TATARICUS AND REHMANNIA GLUTINOSA AND HEALTH FOOD MANUFACTURED BY THE SAME
The present invention relates to a method for producing health food for mitigating respiratory diseases and to the health food for mitigating respiratory diseases produced by the same. The present invention includes the following steps of: (step 1) making a mixture by mixing mulberry leaves, artemisia capillaris, aralia cordata, saposhnikovia divaricata, atractylodis rhizome, lentinus edodes, poria cocos, aster tataricus, and rehmannia glutinosa with pear; (step 2) putting the mixture and water in a double boiler; (step 3) heating the mixture in the double boiler for 3-6 hours by starting from 30°C until reaching 100-110°C and forming a pressure to be a 2 atmospheric pressure of a double boiling; (step 4) putting and compressing the heated mixture in a compressor and obtaining an extract; and (step 5) heating and sterilizing the extract at 100-110°C for 5-10 minutes. And the present invention can be safely eaten by using agricultural forest products and native grass.
