The present invention relates to an antibacterial hand sanitizer including nano-clay and, more specifically, includes 0.1-2.0 parts by weight, or desirably 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of nano-clay out of total weight parts of the hand sanitizer. The hand sanitizer including nano-clay, of the present invention, is effectively antibacterial against: more than one bacteria group chosen among Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella aerogenes, and Proteus mirabilis； more than one yeast group chosen among Candida solani, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and Zygosaccharomyces rouxii； and more than one fungus group chosen among Aspergilus niger, and Penicillium chrysogenum.
