To provide a hydrolyzable cleaning sheet capable of achieving both of high storage stability and suppression of skin irritation.SOLUTION: A cleaning sheet of the present invention comprises an aqueous medicine which is impregnated in a hydrolyzable base material sheet comprising cellulosic fibers and a water soluble binder. The aqueous medicine comprises: 60 mass% or greater and 90 mass% or smaller of water； 5 mass% or greater and 30 mass% or smaller of a water soluble organic solvent selected from a group consisting of polyols and glycol ethers； 0.15 mass% or greater and 1 mass% or smaller of benzoic acids； and 1 mass% or greater and 5 mass% or smaller of a crosslinking agent of the binder, and comprises no paraben. After impregnating the aqueous medicine in the hydrolyzable base material sheet, pH of the aqueous medicine at 25°C is 3 or greater and 5.5 or smaller. The benzoic acids are preferably benzoic acid and metallic salt thereof. The water soluble organic solvent is preferably one of polyols.
