The invention relate to isolated peptides including binding domain of the Plasmodium Falciparum proteins (CBP1 and CBP2) to the chemokine CX3CL1 which has the property to inhibit the cytoadherence of infected red blood cells (iRBC) to endothelial cells. These isolated peptides (or their specific antibody) are used for the prevention or the treatment of Malaria and also acting as "CX3CL1 binding protein" for the treatment of inflammatory diseases or CX3CL1 -associated disease.La présente invention concerne des peptides isolés comprenant le domaine de liaison des protéines de Plasmodium Falciparum (CBP1 et CBP2) à CX3CL1 de chimiokine présentant la propriété dinhiber la cytoadhérence des globules rouges infectés (iRBC) aux cellules endothéliales. Ces peptides isolés (ou leur anticorps spécifique) sont utilisés pour la prévention ou le traitement de la malaria et également agissent comme "protéine de liaison à CX3CL1" pour le traitement de maladies inflammatoires ou de maladies associées à CX3CL1.
