PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a hydrogen-containing beverage product packed in a metal can vessel, the manufacturing method of a hydrogen-containing beverage product capable of maintaining a dissolved hydrogen concentration for a long period of time, and excellent in mass-productivity without causing a can vessel to deform even undergoing a heat sterilization process or a cooling process.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a hydrogen-containing beverage includes a process of sealing a hydrogen-containing beverage in which hydrogen is dissolved into a can vessel and a process of sterilizing the hydrogen-containing beverage sealed in the can vessel.
