PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable pants-type diaper suitably exhibiting a shrinkage force of elastic members provided on both sides of a crotch part, and capable of suitably receiving urine and the like excreted from a wearer.SOLUTION: A disposable pants-type diaper includes: an exterior member 2 formed in a pants-shape an absorbent body 7 provided on a crotch part R of the exterior member 2 a first crotch part elastic member 11 arranged on one side in the width direction of the absorbent body 7 and provided on the back sheet of the absorbent body 7 a second crotch part elastic member 12 arranged on the other side in the width direction of the absorbent body 7 and provided on the back sheet of the absorbent body 7 a first leg part elastic member 17 provided on the exterior member 2, crossing the crotch part R followed by extending along the front edge of a leg opening part 4, and intermittently provided across the first and second crotch part elastic members 11 and 12 and a second leg part elastic member 18 provided on the exterior member 2, crossing the crotch part R followed by extending along the rear edge of the leg opening part 4, and intermittently provided across the first and second crotch part elastic members 11 and 12.
