The present invention is a composition comprising a plurality of recombinant adenoviral particles which are recombinant human adenoviruses of serotype 5, 26, 34, 35, 48, 49 or 50, or recombinant simian adenoviruses. Providing a composition characterized in that the genome of essentially all adenoviral particles in said composition comprises the nucleotide sequence: CTATCTAT as the 5 'terminal nucleotide.
