PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide recombinant adenovirus vectors which effectively deliver molecules to a target and minimize effect of pre-existing immunity to selected adenovirus serotypes in a population.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to: a recombinant vector that comprises simian adenovirus SAdV-39, -25.2, -26, -30, -37, and -38 sequences and a heterologous gene under the control of regulatory sequences； cell lines which express simian adenovirus SAdV-39, -25.2, -26, -30, -37, and -383 gene(s)； and methods of using the vectors and cell lines.【課題】標的に分子を効果的に送達しかつ集団における選択されたアデノウイルス血清型に対する既存の免疫の効果を最小化する組換えアデノウイルスベクターを提供する。【解決手段】制御配列の制御下にサルアデノウイルスＳＡｄＶ－３９、－２５．２、－２６、－３０、－３７および－３８配列ならびに異種遺伝子を含んでなる組換えベクター、サルアデノウイルスＳＡｄＶ－３９、－２５．２、－２６、－３０、－３７および－３８３遺伝子（１種若しくは複数）を発現する細胞株、該ベクターおよび該細胞株の使用方法。【選択図】なし
