This invention relates to herbal formulation to control diabetes, lower hypertension, balance heart and prostate conditions, eliminate conditions of infections and enhance the immune system, comprising of Moringa oleifera Lam. (Malunggay), Capsicum Frutescens L-Cayenne Pepper (Siling kolikot), and Azadirachta indica-(Neem). Leaves of Moringa oleifera Lam., and leaves of Azadirachta indica, and fruits from Capsicum Frutescens L.-Cayenne Pepper, have been selected and pulverized and measured to a certain percentage. Such herbal formulated composition works to normalize blood sugar, lower blood pressure, balance heart and prostate conditions, reduce or eliminate conditions that promote bacterial activities in the body and enhance immune system.
