PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having a high moisture-permeability to prevent stuffiness and having excellent fittingness along the body of a user.
SOLUTION: In the absorbent article, a back sheet 2 has a moisture-permeable sheet 21 on an absorber side and an exterior sheet 22 composed of at least two nonwoven fabric layers covering a non-skin contact surface side of the sheet 21. A plurality of elastic members are disposed between the two nonwoven fabric layers to extend in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article. The nonwoven fabric layers are joined to each other via the elastic members. Meanwhile, linear joints joining the exterior sheet 22 and the moisture-permeable sheet 21 are disposed to extend in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article in places where the elastic members are disposed. The absorbent article has a linear moisture-permeable region with moisture-permeability, which extends in the longitudinal direction from the absorber to the outside of the absorbent article via the moisture-permeable sheet 21 and the exterior sheet 22.
