According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a hair transplantation device used to implant hair on the skin of a patient. The hair transplantation device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a body part forming a body part of the hair transplantation device； and a needle part mounted on one end of the body part. The body part comprises a holding part for holding the hair to be implanted in a follicular unit and a guide part for forming a movement path for moving the hair held on the holding part to the needle part. On the other hand, the needle part is formed in a hollow structure with a central portion penetrating along the longitudinal direction and protrudes forward from the body part to be inserted into the skin of the patient.
